City Leads at Halftime Against QPR; On Course for League Title

Manchester City leads Queens Park Rangers 1-0 at halftime in today’s final round of Premier League matches, keeping the club on course for a first English soccer championship in 44 years.
City was tied on points with 19-time champion Manchester United before today, but had a superior goal difference. United leads 1-0 at Sunderland.
Pablo Zabaleta scored for City after 39 minutes, with Wayne Rooney getting United’s goal.
