888 Holdings Pay Plan Sparks Shareholder Concern, Times Says

888 Holdings Plc (888) has awarded such large bonuses to executives that the British Association of Insurers issued its highest alert before a May 16 annual shareholder meeting, the Sunday Times reported.

The company proposes paying former chief executive officer Gigi Levy a $500,000 bonus and Chief Financial Officer Director Aviad Kobrine $833,000 for his performance in helping lift the company’s share price, the newspaper said.
