Fisher Says Excessively Big Banks Can Lose Risk Focus (Audio)

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President Richard Fisher speaks about the performance of the Texas economy, the risk of a sovereign-debt crisis in the U.S. and concerns about financial institutions deemed "too big to fail."
