Vandellos II Reactor in Spain Halted for Maintenance, Data Show

The Vandellos II nuclear reactor in Spain, owned by Endesa SA (ELE), Iberdrola SA (IBE) and Gas Natural SDG SA (GAS), halted yesterday for planned maintenance, according to the website of Consejo de Seguridad Nuclear, the country’s nuclear regulator.

The 1,045-megawatt unit will be off line until June 13, according to data from Madrid-based utilities lobby Unesa.
