Crude Oil Futures Decline for a Fifth Day in New York Trading

Oil for June delivery slid as much as 41 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $97.53 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The contract was at $97.57 at 2:36 p.m. Singapore time. Prices are lower for a fifth day.
