Lupatech Shares Advance 3.2% in Sao Paulo Trading

Lupatech SA (LUPA3), a Brazilian provider of oil equipment and services, rose 3.2 percent to 4.35 reais at 11:19 a.m. in Sao Paulo.
The company said stockholders approved the issuance of shares at 4 reais each and the conversion of local bonds into stock, according to a regulatory filing.
