Cameroon Arabica Price Rises as Robusta Drops in Week to May 6

The average export price for arabica coffee from Cameroon rose 3.7 percent to 1,882 CFA francs ($3.73) a kilogram (2.2 pounds) in the week to May 6, according to Bloomberg calculations made using daily export prices from the Cocoa and Coffee Board.

The price for robusta coffee dropped 1.1 percent to 895 francs a kilogram from a week earlier, the figures, sent in a mobile-phone text message from the Douala-based board, indicated.
