Banco Finandina Will Sell Up to $73 Million of Debt Tomorrow

Banco Finandina SA, a Colombian lender, will offer as much as 128.1 billion pesos ($73 million) of bonds in the local market tomorrow.

The Bogota-based bank will offer 60 billion pesos of the securities and make an additional 68.1 billion pesos available if there is sufficient demand, according to a May 4 statement on Colombia’s stock-exchange website.

Banco Finandina will auction 33-month debt linked to the IBR interbank rate as well as securities tied to the DTF interbank rate, according to the statement
