U.S. Plans Announcement on Oil-Gas Production on Federal Lands

The U.S. Interior Department, said to be close to proposing a rule for fracking on federal lands, will hold a call about oil and natural gas production today at 11 a.m. in Washington.

Interior announced the call in an e-mailed statement today.
