U.S. CMC to Sell Sisak Iron Mills to Scholz Unit, Vecernji Says

U.S. Commercial Metals Co. (CMC) plans to sell its Croatian iron mill, CMC Sisak d.o.o., to CIOS d.o.o., a Croatian unit of Germany’s metal recycler Scholz AG, Vecernji List reported today, without saying where it got the information.
