Saudi Court Tries 67 Suspected Al-Qaeda Members, Arab News Says

A Saudi Arabian court began the trial of 67 suspected al-Qaeda militants accused of buying weapons and financing terrorist activities, Arab News reported.

A Jordanian and 66 Saudis are being tried at a special criminal court, the Jeddah-based newspaper reported. They are also accused of fighting in Iraq under the leadership of deceased Jordanian national Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.
