Heineken May Buy Petropolis in Brazil, Estado Says

Heineken NV (HEIA) may seek to acquire Grupo Petropolis SA in Brazil, O Estado de S. Paulo reported, citing unidentified people close to the company.
Paulo Macedo, Heineken’s vice-president of corporate relations, denied that the company is in talks with Petropolis, while Petropolis denied the possibility of selling the company, according to O Estado.
