EON Close to Open Grid Europe Sale, CFO Tells Boersen-Zeitung

EON AG, Germany’s largest utility, is close to selling its Open Grid Europe gas grid, Chief Financial Officer Marcus Schenck told Boersen-Zeitung in an interview. An agreement could be reached in May, the newspaper cited Schenck as saying.
