Celtic beat Glasgow city rival Rangers 3-0 today in the final “Old Firm” game of the season.
Charlie Mulgrew gave Celtic the lead in the 17th minute and Kris Commons made it 2-0 in the 31st. Gary Hooper got the third nine minutes into the second half.
Celtic has already won the league title for the 43rd time. Rangers are in administration, a form of protection from creditors, after being engulfed by a financial crisis.
Celtic has 87 points, and second-place Rangers, deducted 10 points for going into administration, have 66.
