Ukraine Exported 1.7 Million Tons of Grain, Researcher Reports

Ukraine exported 1.7 million metric tons of grain from ports this month through April 22, agricultural researcher UkrAgroConsult said, citing market operators.

Shipments include 1.07 million tons of corn, 452,000 tons of wheat and 140,000 tons of barley, the Kiev, Ukraine-based company said in an e-mailed statement today. Ukraine will export a further 770,000 tons of grain from ports in the near future, it said.
