Venezuela Policy Inaction Taking Hold With Chavez Sick: Nomura

Policy inaction is taking hold in Venezuela because of President Hugo Chavez’s sickness, said Boris Segura, a strategist at Nomura Securities International in New York.
Venezuela’s economy will grow 5 percent at the most this year, Segura said at the Bloomberg Latin America Investing Conference in New York.
