China Plans $10 Billion Credit Line for Eastern Europe, Wen Says

China has decided to set up a $10 billion credit line to support infrastructure and “green economy” projects in central and eastern Europe, Prime Minister Wen Jiabao said today at a regional economic forum in Warsaw, according to a Polish translation of his remarks.
