Iberdrola Names Jose Luis San Pedro General Director

Iberdrola SA (IBE) yesterday named Jose Luis San Pedro Guerenabarrena general director alongside Chairman Ignacio Galan, according to a filing with the stock market regulator CNMV.

The board also named Angel Acebes, both members replacing Jose Ignacio Berroeta Echevarria and Ricardo Alvarez Isasi, the filing said.
