Davivienda to Sell Up to 400 Billion Pesos of Debt Tomorrow

Banco Davivienda SA (PFDAVVND), Colombia’s third-biggest bank, plans to offer as much as 400 billion pesos ($226 million) of bonds in the local market tomorrow.
The Bogota-based lender said in a regulatory filing today that it will offer 10-year debt to yield as much as 4.5 percentage points above inflation and 15-year securities to yield as much as 4.8 percentage points above inflation.
