Turkish Airlines Remains Sole Bidder for Polish LOT, Rp.pl Says

Turk Hava Yollari AO (THYAO), known as Turkish Airlines, is the only prospective bidder for a stake in Poland’s state-owned carrier, Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT SA, Rzeczpospolita reported, citing a Treasury Ministry spokeswoman.
The ministry will pick an adviser for the sale on May 14, Rzeczpospolita cited Magdalena Kobos as saying. Turkish Airlines completed a due-diligence process on LOT in March, the newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information. Kobos didn’t answer a call to her mobile phone today.
