MF Trustee Calls for Litigation in U.K. to Recover $700 Million

The MF Global trustee called for litigation in the U.K. to recover about $700 million of customer property, according to an e-mailed statement.

There is a dispute as to whether the customer property that is the subject of the trustee’s client claim was or should have been segregated under English law, according to the statement.
