Sarkozy, Hollande Hold Election Rallies in Paris, JDD Reports

Incumbent Nicolas Sarkozy and his Socialist challenger Francois Hollande hold competing rallies in Paris today, a week before the first round of France’s presidential election, Le Journal du Dimanche reported.
Sarkozy meets with supporters at 4:00 p.m. at the place de la Concorde in the center of Paris, while Hollande speaks at 3:30 p.m. near the chateau de Vincennes in the eastern part of the French capital, the newspaper reported.
