Israel Stocks: Nice Systems, Modiin, Isramco Negev 2

Israel’s TA-25 index declined 1.4 percent to 1,115.52 at 12:55 p.m., the lowest level since March 22.

The following stocks rose or fell today. Symbols are in parentheses.

Nice Systems Ltd. (NICE) declined 2.4 percent, the most since Feb. 16, to 142.70 shekels, or the equivalent of $38.08. The U.S. shares of the Israeli maker of analytical telecommunications software dropped 1.7 percent to $38.30 in New York on April 13.

Modiin-LP (MDNIL) (MDNIL IT) advanced 1.4 percent to 0.358 shekel, the highest intraday level since April 5. The Israeli oil and natural gas company signed an agreement with Isramco Negev 2 LP (ISRAL) (ISRAL IT) to buy 10 percent of the Shimshon/332 license. Isramco declined 2.5 percent, the most since March 28, to 0.509 shekel.
