Deutsche Telekom Among Bidders for TeleColumbus, SZ Reports

Deutsche Telekom AG (DTE) is competing with Kabel Deutschland Holding AG (KD8) and Unitymedia to take over cable network operator TeleColumbus Group, Sueddeutsche Zeitung reported, citing an unidentified banker with knowledge of the discussions.

Negotiations have already started and TeleColumbus’s owners are seeking at least 600 million euros ($785 million), Sueddeutsche cited the banker as saying.
