Merck KGaA (MRK) employees hired a consulting firm to help safeguard their interests amid planned job cuts, Financial Times Deutschland reported, citing Heiner Wilhelm, head of the works council.
Kemper & Schlomski was hired to counter the influence of McKinsey & Co., the consultant hired by Merck management, the newspaper said in a preview of an article for tomorrow’s edition.
