Morgan Stanley Names Alcoa CEO Kleinfeld to Board as Hance Exits

Morgan Stanley (MS) nominated Alcoa Inc. (AA) Chief Executive Officer Klaus Kleinfeld to join its board of directors as James H. Hance steps down.
Hance notified the board March 30 that he won’t stand for re-election at the annual meeting on May 15, New York-based Morgan Stanley said today in a regulatory filing.
