Treasuries Advance; 10-Year Yield Falls 2 Basis Points to 2.17%

Treasury 10-year notes rose for a second day. The yield on the benchmark security dropped two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 2.17 percent at 7:32 a.m. in New York.
