Deyaar Development of Dubai Seeks Saudi Arabia, Turkey Projects

Deyaar Development (DEYAAR) PJSC, a Dubai- based real estate developer, is looking for investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia and Turkey, the company said in a statement to Dubai’s bourse today.

Property prices in Dubai slumped and speculative demand evaporated after the global credit crisis caused banks to curtail lending.
