Ontario Teachers in Talks With Goals Soccer, Sky News Reports

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Canada’s third-largest pension fund, is in talks with Goals Soccer Centres Plc (GOAL) to take the company private, Sky News reported, without citing sources. The talks are at an early stage, Sky reported on its website.
Goals Soccer has a market value of 52.3 million pounds (US$84 million) based on its closing share price in London yesterday of 107.5 pence.
