Ukraine’s Firtash to Build Titanium Dioxide Plant, Izvestia Says

Ukrainian billionaire Dmitry Firtash’s holding company, Group DF, plans to build a new titanium dioxide plant in three or four years, Ekonomicheskie Izvestia reported, citing Firtash.
The new plant will have annual titanium dioxide output capacity of 120,000 tons, according to Kiev-based Izvestia. Together with ZAT Krymskyi Tytan, titanium dioxide production will reach 240,000 tons a year by 2016, the newspaper reported.
