German Bonds Decline; Ten-Year Yield Advances to 1.83 Percent

German 10-year government bonds fell, pushing the yield up two basis points to 1.83 percent as of 11:01 a.m. London time.

The nation’s two-year note yield also rose two basis points, to 0.23 percent.
