Ukraine’s Sovereign Debt Fell 0.5% in February, Ministry Says

Ukraine’s debt, including state guarantees, declined 0.5 percent last month as the country repaid part of its credit with the International Monetary Fund, the Finance Ministry said.

Debt dropped to $59.21 billion as of Feb. 29 from $59.48 billion a month earlier, the ministry said today in a statement on its website.

Ukraine repaid $575 million of debt to the IMF in February.
