Cabral dos Santos May Join Portugal Telecom Board, Jornal Says

Caixa Geral de Depositos SA, Portugal’s state-owned bank, may appoint Jose Pedro Cabral dos Santos to the board of Portugal Telecom SGPS SA (PTC), Jornal de Negocios reported, without saying how it obtained the information.
Cabral dos Santos would be one of Caixa Geral’s representatives on the board of Portugal Telecom after the nomination of former Finance Minister Fernando Teixeira dos Santos was rejected by the government, according to the Portuguese newspaper.
