Hungarian Forint Strengthens Against Euro, Pares Weekly Retreat

The forint strengthened after three days of losses against the euro, paring its weekly drop.
The currency appreciated 0.5 percent to 292.42 per euro as of 9:58 a.m. in Budapest, reducing its slump in the past five days to 1 percent.
