Surgutneftegas Offers Five ESPO Crude Cargoes for May Loading

OAO Surgutneftegas (SNGSP), a Russian oil producer, issued a tender to sell five 100,000 metric-ton East Siberian Pacific Ocean pipeline, or ESPO, crude cargoes for loading in May, according to a document obtained by Bloomberg News. Offers are due March 22.

Details of the tender are as follows:

Grade:      ESPO
Quantity:   5 x 100,000 tons (5 x 730,000 barrels)
Loading:    May 9-13, May 12-16, May 16-20, May 23-27
            and May 28-31
Pricing:    Platts Dubai, free-on-board (F.O.B.)
Port:       Kozmino, Russia’s Far East
Bids Close: March 22, 2 p.m. Moscow time
