Pakistan’s central bank, commercial
banks, stock exchanges and government offices will be closed
tomorrow to mark the 1940 resolution that led to the creation of
the country seven years later.
The central bank, stock exchange, businesses and government
offices will reopen on March 26 after the weekend, according to
separate statements from the government and the State Bank of
Pakistan and the Karachi Stock Exchange.
