Egypt Stocks: Beltone Financial and Juhayna Food Industries
Egypt’s benchmark EGX 30 Index (EGX30) advanced for a third day, gaining 0.2 percent to 5,145.32 at the 2:30 p.m. close in Cairo. The measure was little changed this week.

Beltone Financial Holding (BTFH) gained as much as 2.9 percent before closing 1.8 percent lower at 13.08 Egyptian pounds. The Egyptian investment bank said Compass Capital will own 51 percent of its brokerage business through an investment fund.
Juhayna Food Industries (JUFO EY), Egypt’s biggest producer of packaged milk, declined 1.5 percent to 4.5 pounds, the lowest since March 20. A major outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in Egypt is threatening the North Africa and Middle East regions, the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization reported on its website.
