Czech Stocks: Vienna Insurance, Fortuna Entertainment Are Active

The Czech Republic’s PX (PX) stock index declined for a third day, retreating 0.2 percent to 990.2 at the close in Prague.

The following were among the most active equities on the Prague Stock Exchange today. Stock symbols follow company names.

Vienna Insurance Group AG (VIG CP) dropped 1.4 percent to 828 koruna, its fourth day of losses. Financial companies were among the biggest stock decliners in Europe after manufacturing gauges in the euro area and China declined.

Fortuna Entertainment Group NV (FORTUNA) increased 0.9 percent to 98.89 koruna after ING Groep NV recommended buying the Czech bookmaker’s shares as this year’s European soccer championship and the Olympic Games are set to boost profit at the company.
