Thai Baht Gains as Central Bank Keeps Borrowing Costs Unchanged

Thailand’s baht strengthened as the central bank left borrowing costs unchanged today as predicted by 19 of 21 economists in a Bloomberg News survey.

The baht added 0.1 percent to 30.74 per dollar as of 2:36 p.m. in Bangkok, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
