Fresenius Said to Plan Sale of 500 Million Euros of Bonds

Fresenius (FME) Finance BV is planning a sale of 500 million euros of seven-year bonds, according to two people with knowledge of the deal.

The company is meeting investors ahead of the transaction starting in Frankfurt today and ending in London on March 22.

Deutsche Bank AG, Bayern LB, Commerzbank AG, LBBW and Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc are managing the transaction.
