Lufthansa May Close BMI Unit If Sale Delayed, Sunday Times Says

Deutsche Lufthansa AG (LHA) may close its BMI Regional unit if the planned sale of the business is delayed by European regulators, the Sunday Times reported, citing people it didn’t identify.

Lufthansa’s intended sale of BMI to International Consolidated Airlines Group may be held up by a European competition investigation, the newspaper said.
