Panama’s Economy Will Grow 7.5% This Year, Finance Minister Says

Panama’s economy will grow 7.5 percent this year led by mining and construction, Finance Minister Frank De Lima said.

Economic growth for 2011 was 10.6 percent, the fastest in Latin America, De Lima said on a conference call with reporters today.
