Megafon and Rostelecom to Get 4G for Olympics, Vedomosti Reports

Russia will give mobile phone operators OAO Rostelecom and OAO MegaFon 4G frequencies for the 2014 Winter Olympics in the southern city of Sochi, Vedomosti said, citing unidentified people familiar with the situation.

A government commission on radio frequencies will grant the rights at a March 16 meeting, Vedomosti said.
