Interpump May Have 156 Million Euros for Purchases, Sole Reports

Interpump Group SpA (IP) may have as much as 156 million euros ($205 million) to spend on purchases and is betting 60 percent of its sales growth will come from adding businesses, Il Sole 24 Ore reported, without saying how it obtained the information.
The company has about 100 million euros of existing financing and can raise a further 56 million euros by exercising warrants, Il Sole said.
