Mangalore Refinery Offers to Sell Naphtha, Mixed Xylene

Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) offered to sell a naphtha cargo for loading in May and mixed xylene for April, the company said in documents e-mailed to potential buyers.

Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC), India’s largest crude producer, owns 72 percent of Mangalore Refinery.

Details of the offer are as follow:

Product:    Naphtha
Quantity:   35,000 metric tons
Loading:    May 3 to May 5
Product:    Mixed xylene
Quantity:   10,000 tons
Loading:    April 16 to April 25
Port:       New Mangalore, west coast of India
Bids open:  March 15, 9:30 a.m. local time
Bids close: March 16, 6:30 p.m. local time
