Ukraine raised 2.7 billion hryvnia ($336 million) by selling state assets in the first two months of the year, the state property fund said.
Proceeds from the sales represent 27 percent of the government’s 2012 target, according to a statement published on the Kiev, Ukraine-based fund’s website today.
Ukraine is seeking to raise 10 billion hryvnia from asset sales this year to help close the budget deficit.
