Razgulay Says Chief Executive Officer Rustem Mirgalimov Resigns

OAO Razgulay Group (GRAZ), a Russian sugar and grain producer, said shareholder Rustem Mirgalimov resigned as chief executive officer.
The company’s board will meet tomorrow to discuss his replacement, Razgulay said in a statement late yesterday.
