MAN SE Said to Sell Five-Year Euro-Denominated Bonds
MAN SE (MAN) plans to sell five-year bonds in euros that may be priced to yield about 75 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
Banca IMI, BayernLB, Commerzbank AG and Banco Santander SA (SAN) are managing the sale, the banker said.
