The London Development Agency is seeking to sell a 70-acre former Ford Motor Co. (F) factory in east London, according to a statement from the mayor’s office.
The site is less than 10 miles (16 kilometers) from London’s Olympic stadium. London Mayor Boris Johnson’s office referred questions on the value of the land to Michael Burdus, a director at broker Drivers Jonas Deloitte. Burdus wasn’t immediately available for comment.
