Turkish Stocks: Seker Pilic, Petkim, TAV Havalimanlari Move

Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 Index (XU100) dropped 2 percent to 59,685.48 at the close in Istanbul, the biggest decline in two months.

The following stocks were active. Stock symbols are in parentheses.

Seker Pilic & Yem Sanaii (SKPLC) Ticaret AS (MGROS) , a chicken producer, added 3.9 percent to 2.13 liras after saying it would set up a chain of restaurants on a franchise model.

Petkim Petrokimya Holding AS (PETKM) , a chemicals maker, fell 3.6 percent to 2.16 liras, its lowest in more than a month, after 2011 profit missed estimates.

TAV Havalimanlari Holding AS (TAVHL) , an airport operator, sank 4.9 percent to 8.50 liras, its biggest loss in almost seven months. A potential sale may be structured to avoid a tender offer to minority shareholders, Chairman Hamdi Akin told CNBC-e news channel today.
